We have approximately 3,000 square feet of antique tin ceiling that was removed from the old Marquand School. The cost is $2.50 per square foot. The size of the panels are either 2' x 8' or 2' x 4', with a repeat design every 6 inches. Decorative design, perfect for small bathrooms, kitchens or larger rooms. No edge or corner pieces, but crown molding gives the ceiling that finishing touch. Panels will need wire brushing prior to painting. Will sell in part or all.

I bought this tile to put into some of my properties. I use this product religiously because it looks like a high end ceramic tile, but the concrete backerboard is not needed and no special tools are needed. It is easier on the joints and far more resilient than a normal tile is. Normal retail for this type of flooring is $6.89,I paid $4.99 a foot for it at Advance Carpet One. It cost me $1543.06 with tax. I would love to get my money back but I am well aware that this probably wont happen. The first reasonible offer will be accepted.
