I have a beautiful lot for sale in the beautiful tranquil community of Bent Tree Harbor. This lot has much to offer including Lake Truman. If you are the nature type this lot would be perfect for you. Pull up in your RV and stay a spell or build a small cabin your choice. Bent Tree has it's own security and fire department, they also have a community building and camp shelters for special events. The H.O.A dues are $110 a year no matter what size lot you have and if you own more than one lot the cost per additional lots are $55 a year instead of $110. the taxes are $15 a year so that makes this property cheap to own and maintain. I am asking $3,500 for the lot but I am open to financing it to you for $600 down and $100 a month if you can not come up with the whole sum.
