The saddle is a version of the "Ranch Hand" that Dan built for actual working cattlemen/cowboys. (15") It was built with all Hermann Oak quality leather, in squirt 3-way rigging and tied in stirrups. (and the stirrups are in the right place)
I am thinking Dan had been building saddles for over 40 years when he built this one. I made a living with this saddle and gear for five years. I have had the saddle on nearly 20 different horse from 14hh-15-2hh and it fit fine but there were a couple that I had to use corrective pads. Yearling heifers were as big as we would rope and that was seldom. Mostly used to move cows - doctor & brand calves.
Other than what is pictured I have: 2 - 20' ground work lead ropes, 2-3 rope halters, shotgun chaps from NRS, sport boots and other horse stuff.
I am selling it all as one lot - $3500 firm
