Cowgirl is a 12-year-old Quarter Horse paint mare. She stands 14 hands tall. She is a strong, stout-built mare. Cowgirl is painted up beautifully! She has a sweet disposition, and loads in and out of the trailer easily. She is easy to catch and she stands there and lets you come up to her out in the field and will come to you as well. Cowgirl does not spook around 4 wheelers, dogs, or vehicles, and she does well in pasture with cattle. We purchased her back in September 2025. She is broke to ride, we personally have only ridden her once and she rode and handle nicely. The reason being we only rode her once is that when we bought her we didn't know she had stifles in her back left leg. She gets along good, she just is stiff there and doesn't bend her knee up much. She does freely run about on her own in the field and will walk, trot, and lope fine. We just don't have much use for her and would like for her to go to someone that can use and enjoy her more than we can. Cowgirl is a good companion horse and gets along well with our gelding. She is a beautiful mare and would probably be a good brood mare. We bought her at a horse sale and she wasn't limping when they rode her in the ring but when we went out to get her is when we noticed she had what looks like and seems to be stifles. I'm not sure why she wasn't limping in the ring but It hasn't gotten any better or worse since then. I will include screenshots of the ad on her from the sale but we are selling her AS IS and unridden. She has just been used as a companion for our Gelding.
