• Deliver exceptional nursing services to our pients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassione care.  
• Supervision of day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants  
• Opere in accordance with Federal, Ste, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulions and as required by Director of Nursing. 
• Confirm th all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility. 

• Possess an Active LPN license in the ste of residence 
• Current/active CPR Certificion 
• Strong tention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizional skills with the ability to prioritize, coordine and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity. 
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documention skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
