Mower/Tractor Operator

Mower operators will run mostly Zero Turn type mowers. Experience on skid steers, or mid-sized tractors with brush decks is helpful.
If you are looking for a seasonal summer job, this could be a nice fit. We will train those with a willingness to learn.
Good communication and organizational skills are expected as well as the ability to follow directions, work independently and with others in a safe and responsible manner.
Mower operators can also be cross trained for spraying.
Requirements:
* Valid DL with acceptable record is required for driving positions (Crew Leader)
* Take pride in work
* Strong work ethic
* Knowledge of mowing equipment operation
* Desire to learn, follow directions and provide guidance to others
* Complete paperwork timely and accurately
* Ability to work safely is a must, no exceptions
* Must be able to pass a drug test
* You must be able to operate specialized equipment upon completion of training
* Currently certified as a pesticide applicator for spray position is a plus, but not required.
If you have leadership skills, there is opportunity for advancement to Crew Lead/Foreman.
The job does involve travel outside of Missouri. Lodging is paid by company and schedule will include time home.
Duration on the road depends on the project. You must be able to travel.
Shop/Yard location is in Sikeston.
