We have a male Boston Terrier that was let out into a yard, with a gate left open. After doing his business, he usually comes right back into the house. But, he was left outside in the yard for a few minutes, so he eventually found the opened gate and went exploring. We live just up the hill from the police department in Scott City, MO. A couple neighbors said they saw him running by. He usually avoids people, noisy things like cars and traffic. But he runs fast, and ended up somewhere. We looked all over for hours, and never saw a trace of him. He's black and white, with a mostly black body, but has white on his head, face, and from paws. If you've seen him anywhere, or know where he is, please let us know! We haven't had him but a couple months, but he's a good dog! He acts/gets scared when somebody walks up, or sits down by him and pets him. He might bark loud and growl, but he's never bitten anyone. He's a very gentle dog, and we miss him.
