Wh You Can Expect:

• Conflict resolution and de-escalion.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure th all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Secure entrances / exits.
• Conduct prols inside and outside the client’s premises in various weher conditions.

• Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigions.

   

• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nure and scope as required for assigned site.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older. 
• High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.

• Above average computer / technology skills needed.

   

• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed. 
• Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situions. 
• Must have gre tention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. 
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use approprie escalion.
• All candides must be willing to participe in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigion. 
• Conflict resolution and de-escalion skills a plus!!
• Valid drivers license and a good driving record required as it is a driving site.
• Must be comfortable prolling for extended periods of time - includes uneven ground, stairs, and some short ladders.
• Must be comfortable being outside 75% of the time.
