Drill works 100%. I've been using it as a daily drill, but have decided to upgrade to get all my drills having the same battery. Has all kinds of scratches, etc. Again, it's been a daily drill. Comes with a battery and charger. Charger has name written on it, as pictured. Battery charges and holds its charge. I tried to get a picture of the charger working, but mistimed it. I guarantee the charger to work. If this posting is up, this item is available.
